CCFAP: Child Care Financial Assistance Program
The Child Care Financial Assistance Program (CCFAP) helps Vermont children access regulated and quality care by covering some or all child care costs for eligible families. For example, a family of four earning $179,400 per year can qualify for assistance.
Families can apply for CCFAP assistance for any of the programs offered by SHS, including morning programs, afternoon programs, and summer camps. Families receiving Act 166 funding from their local school district are still eligible to apply for CCFAP funds.
Given Saxon Hill School’s limited financial aid resources, it is required that families apply for tuition assistance through CCFAP prior to applying for assistance from the school fund.
