The Extended Discovey (ED) Program is an opportunity to extend your child's day in a play based environment. After lunch there is a cozy, quiet time for naps or independent rest with books & journals.
Some afternoons are filled with playground fun, nature play, outside art projects or hikes through the nearby park. On other days, the ED crew is inside building with blocks, doing puzzles, reading books or creating works of art. Priority Enrollment is given to families who choose the 3 (Green + Blue) or 4 (Rainbow) days of their morning program. To register your child, choose: Morning Class + Extended Discovery at registration. If the ED program has not been filled by late August, we will open up remaining spots to families who only want 1 or 2 days of ED each week. |
