*Saxon Hill School does not maintain a waitlist until after a program is full.
Registration Requirements
- Children must be 3 years old by September 1 in order to register for a spot in a 3 Day Class.
- Children must be 4 years old by September 1 in order to register for a spot in the 4 Day Class.
- It is possible for a family to request a waiver for their child to enroll at SHS if the child turns 3 after September 1. Should there be available openings in either of the 3-Day classrooms after July 1, we will extend offers of enrollment to children turning 3 by September 30th. This waiver is not granted for children whose birthdays are after September 30th.
- Families must enroll with the intention of attending all program days. Planned weekly absences are not supported.
- Any families seeking concurrent enrollment at Saxon Hill and another preschool specific community must meet with the Director of Education prior to enrollment.
Registration Process
- Complete the online registration form using one of the buttons below.
- Pay the non-refundable registration fee of $80.00 via the online registration form.
- You will receive a email confirming provisional status within one week of registering.
- To secure your child's spot, upon provisional enrollment you must:
- Pay the non-refundable deposit of $200 through your Jovial Family Portal. (Families new to Jovial: your Family Portal will be accessible once your child has been enrolled or waitlisted.)
- Complete the Admission form through your Jovial Family Portal.
- Register for Act 166 (Vermont Universal Pre-K) through your school district using their district-specific process.
- Register for CCFAP (Vermont Tuition Assistance) at https://dcf.vermont.gov/benefits/ccfap if applicable.
