Tuition Policies
Families are responsible for making their tuition payments on time according to the tuition payment schedule. In keeping with our Family Co-op Model, the amount of tuition due, the payment schedule, and method of payment will be determined by the Board and approved by the Full Membership during a January Full Membership Meeting.
- A non-refundable deposit is due upon provisional enrollment in order to secure your child’s place in a class for the following year.
- Monthly payments are due on the 10th of each month, beginning September 10 and ending May 10, for a total of 9 monthly payments.

Each family will receive access to a personalized Jovial Family Portal once their child is enrolled. This portal is used to submit payments; it also provides a full history of payments owed and paid. Tuition payments can be made ahead of time in any schedule a family may desire, as long as the minimum monthly payment schedule is met. (For example, quarterly payments can be accepted). Families will use Jovial to pay their tuition online, unless other arrangements are made with the Board Treasurer.

Tuition Assistance Policy
Given Saxon Hill School’s limited financial aid resources, it is required that families apply for tuition assistance through Act 166 and CCFAP prior to applying for assistance from the school fund. Funds received through Act 166 and CCFAP will be deducted from the total unfunded tuition; any remaining tuition funds due will be collected according to the payment schedule outlined above.
